• Compare your own diet to the US Dietary Guidelines
• List 3 improvements to be made within your own diet
• Activity 6 - Laulima Assignment
• Group Assignment (Instructor assigns 3 students per group)
• Create a multimedia presentation, using the dietary guideline
• Presentation must include definition of Dietary Guidelines, two realistic examples of how to meet the Dietary Guidelines in personal lives, and at least one health risk
